I am an educator turned operator. After spending five years in the classroom, I realized that there was no space for the types of systematic changes I was looking to achieve. I pivoted into professional education for startups and was enamoured with what I saw - organizations that prioritized evolution at an incredible pace.

This led me to fully immerse myself in the tech space, first as a consultant and then as a full-time operator for a rapidly growing startup. I was on the front lines, building their foundational processes from the ground up—everything from customer onboarding flows to internal project management. I learned firsthand how to design systems that are both effective and adaptable, and how to rapidly iterate when they become outdated in months, not years.

Today, my consulting practice is built on this experience. I combine strategic blueprints with the practical, get-in-the-weeds execution that I know is necessary to create real change. My background as an educator ensures that the systems we build are clear and easy for your team to adopt, while my experience as an operator ensures they are built for the realities of a growing business.
